Back in the summer of this year I waited weeks for this office to get insurance approval for my Botox injections for my migraines I have been receiving these for years and the usual wait time for insurance approval was approximately one week I was in terrible pain while waiting for weeks I informed the office that if they couldn't get my insurance approval soon that I was going to go to another doctor I was told by the person handling the approvals that she was too busy A couple of days later I got a call from Brian who was the supervisor back then that they received my approval and they had an approval number from the insurance company I then finally received the injections Recently I received correspondence from my insurance company that the procedure and the Botox from the pharmacy were both denied because they were never approved I contacted the insurance company and they informed me that they were still waiting for medical records from the doctor's office Ap
