The worst company to try to get help with a medication problem it took almost a month and talking to most of the staff including the office manager multiple times probably 16 phone calls several emails including emails to the CEO over needing a prior authorization for pain medicine all they had to do is fax the insurance company the prior authorization form and no one follows through or will call you back
