for the removal of the vehicleThe complainant is not the registered owner of the said vehicle and therefore we cannot allow removal of any item or items of said vehicle to anyone other than the registered owner.As for the charge's you can see by the fees on the two ticket that is was more than just the hook up fee and storage.
