I have contacted the customer and explained the charges and repairs made to her system She authorized them at the time however did not understand the costs involved as well as the weekend overtime rates when she called for help The second call was unrelated to the first She felt she had been charged for men but that was not the case We professionally agreed to disagree and in best interest of goodwill for our senior, we have taken the second call off her account The matter is resolved
