Review: I purchased software/access from paidsocialmediajobs.com at the end beginning of October. The same day I purchased the program (for $47) I requested a refund of my money because the program was not what was advertised. There was a disclosure on the website and when ordering that states that if you request a refund within 60 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. The same day of purchase, I requested the refund through the help desk under ticket #41738. I have left many memos under my help desk ticket requesting a status update and also asking for phone number information for management. I am yet to get any sort of response from the company and still no refund.Desired Settlement: I would like the purchase amount of the program refunded to my credit card.

I also sent several emails to Click Bank requested a refund of my money because the program was not what it advertised to be. I have requested several times for the refund and have several ticket numbers. I have called and made several request for a refund from Oct 4, 2015 to current Oct 15, 2015. I have not received any feed back just many ticket numbers and no responses. There is no contact phone number listed or live chat representative to provide live feedback. I did call Click Bank and was only able to get a computer. Most recent ticket number is #70374. Please refund me my $47.00. Intergrity is great to have!Desired Settlement: I would like to have a full refund for as your website states you would provide.
