Review: Mr. Cornell P[redacted] agreed to cut down a tree in our backyard to a small stump, haul all the wood away, haul some other scrap wood away, and trim a tree next to our driveway before the big snow storm for $850 on January 21, 2016. He was paid $200 prior to the job being started, and $650 (+ $80 in tips) at the end of the day and promised to return the following week with his big saw to continue cutting down the tree and to remove all the wood. I have called him over a dozen times and he has still not come to complete the job that has already been paid for (he requested full payment in good faith; he wanted the first check to be written to him, and the second to be written to Mark Mills. I complied as requested). It is March 17, 2016 and we are feeling swindled and still waiting on the job to be completed as promised.Desired Settlement: We desire for the job to be finished ASAP.

Review: Mr. C[redacted] agreed to cut down a tree in our backyard to a small stump, haul all the wood and brush away for $1000 on March 24, 2016. He was paid $120. prior to the job being started, and was paid $800 ($20. tip) at the end of the day and I promised he would return the following day with his big saw to continue cutting down the tree and to remove all the wood within 1 week . This was all written down and agreed upon. I have called him over a dozen times and he has still not come to complete the job that has already been paid for (he requested full payment in good faith; He will not answer the phone . I have left several messages to no response. It is April 12, 2016 and we are feeling like we have been swindled and still waiting on the job to be completed as promised. I have since taken it upon my self to pay someone to remove the three and brush as he had it all piled in front of my neighbors yard and it was starting to affect both our grass.Desired Settlement: I want the remainder of my tree cut down as was promised
