I cannot stress enough to avoid this company at all costs, I have to try to get a refund or get a portion of my money back, because their editors skills were diabolical. I can’t believe that I just read again …that their editing will be what your audience deserves, well, you will not be applauded. My main issue was editing, in more ways than one. I have RA & also not the best tools for dictation, what a mess. I lost count on how many mistakes or what they overlooked the first time & the second time was the straw that broke the camels back. So idk what they’ll quote you, my manuscript was quite large, I don’t believe they read it, they missed a lot of graphical errors & I had repeated a paragraph , also one of the characters I interchanged name etc but did they catch it, nope. So I put down about.$905 & a $349 payment deal for about 10 months I think, & oh do I regret it. I should of gone with Amazon is all I could think of. They lied , number one. Great sales pitch…oh and I got a deal….wow. This is not top notch anything, they say they’re a hybrid, they’re a vanity press & not a good one at that. My main issue was editing, once again, I stressed this. Darn coordinator kept repeating herself about how they follow some writing guidelines from Chicago book of BS. Even after I told them that the main complaints from their customers was the editing they didn’t want to hear it…..have you thought of replacing your editing staff? I lost over $2000, oh I missed a payment & I didn’t really realize & of course the second time I complained they put a block on my account.So from November 2022 until May 2023 I had a useless manuscript ( which I almost sent to next stage of disaster . I had to think which way to go with this company & unfortunately I had to cut my losses before I lost everything, but I’m not giving up. Diana was my sales woman & oh boy was she good, she sure got me for a penny or two. They need be put out of business & fast, or return some money to their customers & definitely replace their Editing Staff!
