I am rejecting this response because I don't want an upgrade, I don't have money for an upgradeI just want you to give me the same mattresses that we have nowThey were expensive and if we get an upgrade how much more will it beAnd I also don't think it's fair that I would have to pay delivery again when the mattresses you gave us broke within a monthI don't want to be rudebut if I paid $for the queen and $for each of the full.I hope we can fix this thanks Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:As stated I made a complaint about weeks after furniture was delivered and yes I was given the run around in regards to having my furniture repaired or exchangedI did everything Furniture Mecca stated I should do including having the "3rd party company" come to look at my furnitureWhen I was sold the warranty I asked would it cover chips and damage to this table I was told yesNow that I have purchased it and need repair or replacement I am being told by both companies that neither one can do anythingFurniture Mecca tells me to speak to the warranty company and when I do they state its in Furniture Mecca's hands not theirsI have attached all correspondence I have received regarding my complaint thus farIncluded you will find the return policy for furniture mecca which states that the company guarantees all furinite for daysAs stated previously I made the complaint within 2-weeksAlso noted there is correspondence between Furniture Mecca and the banking company where they explained that my damage are "water rings." If you read the warranty given by the 3rd party company it states water rings are coveredI have documents that show and prove I have done everything I was supposed to do and also that I should be covered if by furniture mecca due to their day policy or the 3rd party company because as stated there are chips and water ring damage to the furniture which should be coveredI would also like to note when I called and spoke to Margarita at Furniture Mecca she was very unprofessional and stated "that's why you need to use coasters on your tables." I feel as Furniture Mecca needs to be held responsible as they are selling the furniture as well as the warranties that customers are not able to use and now the company is not standing behind the warranty company in which they heavily persuade customers to purchase when buying from any of their storesI would like to have a replacement table or refund
