We met with Mr [redacted] on November 2015, we believed we had fixed the problem on that day, Mr [redacted] recently called us this week to inform us that it wasn't completely repaired so we are in the process of resolving the issue

I meet with Mr. [redacted]n 7/7 /17 we looked at the problem and concluded that the reason the asphalt was depressed in that area was due to chipmunks tunneling under the area, on 7/20/17 we removed the area 3 x5 of asphalt and discovered multiple chipmunk tunnels ,we repaired the area...

that was disturbed. thank you john
