Review: I go into an accident on May 21, 2013 and brought my car to this specific auto body shop. It has been more than 6 months and I have NOT recieved my car back from them. For the past 2 months, I have been unable to communicate with anyone from the shop. When I go to look at my car at the shop, they deny me the right to see my vehicle in their shop. They are failing to inform me of what is going on with my car, why it is taking them this long to fix it and when my car will be completely done.Desired Settlement: I have been extremely patient with the shop and its owners with getting my car repaired efficiently. But at this point in time, I feel that there is a bigger issue with my car. They attempted to repair my car, made it worst, and now can't fix it is the problem I belive is present here with my car and the shop not repairing it. In this case, I am looking to go after a minimum settlement of receiving from the shop the remaining balance that I still owe on my financed car and compensatory damages from all the struggles I've been thru with not having a car for over 4 months now.
Review: My car was Illegally towed from my parking lot,This company swept in overnight to a privately owned parking lot Basically, they stole the car. Apparently, the said my parking was not visable when clearly it was on the front dasboard where it is every night. There towing signs are not up to date with the towing laws. This place is a absolute scam they tow your car Illegally and then make you pay for tow & storage. The law clearly states if a tower tows an illegally parked vehicle from private property that has not first been ticketed by an enforcement officer, that tower could be subject to a penalty of imprisonment for not more than 90 days for each such offense, they are clearly not following the lawDesired Settlement: Lost wages for the time I was suppose to be at work until I arrived which was 5hrs totaling $93.50, The payment I had to pay someone to drive me to pick up the car $20.00, The fee I had to pay to retrive the car which was $100.00; totaling $215.75
