the rental company was going to stop billing the insurance on 1/17/16 which I believe is where this date came from. The insurance company used a third party estimate adjusting company that took 13 days to respond to additional damage that I notified them of, and could not proceed with additional parts or repairs until they were authorized. The wait with the appraisal company did cause another unforseen delay and pushed our initial forcast back some, but it will be done by 2/19/16.
