Review: I purchase $2000 worth of partial dentures back in October of 2011 and my dentures have fallen apart in 5 separate pieces. When I called Padre Dental Group about the problem I talked to the front office person and asked if there was any warranty on my dentures and she said what do you mean. When I told her about the dentures falling apart and that I haven't even had them two years and that I would like them to fix them at no costs she said " oh no it will cost you, these things happen all the time" This is obviously shoddy workmanship, materials and practice. I purchased a Vitamix blender for less than half that price and received an eight year warranty. If companies like that can guarantee there product that cost me $400 and some change, why can't these lousy so called professionals guarantee something that cost me $2000?I don't have a lot of money is a matter of fact I had to use my income tax returns saved up for 2 years to purchase these dentures. I sure hope you can help if not by getting my product repaired for free then at least expose these crooks for who they truly are.Desired Settlement: Full replacement at no cost. Or a full refund.
