I am rejecting this response because:
There was no email sent in February and I have gone and checked my emails from that month. How can I be charged for service that I have asked to be canceled. The link that Protect America has shows a balance on it that I refuse to pay and they will not cancel the service until a payment is made. How is that legal to still bill someone for a service that they are not happy with and have requested to cancel. Protect America will continue to bill me for a service that I don't even use... The monitoring system isn't even hooked up and hasn't been in quit a while. I see I may have to get legal representation for this.

I am rejecting this response because:I go to the email link that they have provided me with and I am needing an agreement number. I have never received their equipment they continue to try to bill me and continue to call me to activate my services. How can I activate services that I do not have with them. Please help make other consumers aware of this horrible company.

We previously assisted Ms. [redacted] with account hibernation when she required assistance with the account balance. Ms. [redacted] account has been cancelled accordingly after receipt of her 30 day written cancel notice. We received the partial payment that she sent in March 2017. I am rejecting this response because:I found out that no matter what Protect America does in their cpmplete failure they do not break the contract. That company still failed me and I will pass on information to others not to use Protect America.

She stated that she would contact us with her decision. We contacted her several times without any success. I do not know why the company sent this contract in dispute. As I have told the company the contract isn't even in the proper account holders name which is me. Secondly my complaint was about service as in not getting any! No responses to phone calls no way to pay my bill online. It took 6 months for a specialist to tell me my email address was spelled wrong to log in. My touch pads battery has been dead for a month they never ordered me a new one. So this contract means nothing.

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to address Mr. [redacted] concerns. On 1/28/18 Mr. [redacted] contacted our office requesting information on our product and services. After reviewing the initial sales call we found that at 15:23 minutes into the call Mr. [redacted] asked if there’s a contract and...
the sales team member answered yes, then explained the 3-year agreement term. Mr. [redacted] acknowledged that he understood. Prior to Mr. [redacted] signing the agreement, our sales team member explained again at 35:35 minutes into the call, the agreement term and the terms and conditions of the agreement and the sales team member explained that after the 3 year agreement term the account will go month to month and he would be able to cancel service with a 30 day written notice. Mr. [redacted] also agreed to the electronic signature disclosure prior to signing the agreement. At 50:20 minutes our sales team member stated he did not mean to be redundant but he needed to go over the 3-year agreement term with him one final time. 3/*/17-Mr. [redacted] called stating he does not need the service anymore and he just wanted to check it out to see if it would work for him but decided he did not want to continue with the service. We explained the agreement term then offered him the opportunity to offer the service to someone that would be able to utilize it. Mr. [redacted] declined the offer then suggested he would be going to Revdex.com to escalate this situation. On 3/1/18, Mr. [redacted] account went to 3rd party collections due to 5 months past due balance. Protect America, Inc. has received the rejection submitted by Mr. [redacted]. As previously mentioned, Protect America did not change anything that caused Mr. [redacted]'s system not to communicate. We've since received the cancellation request and the account is being processed for cancellation.
