Daniel [redacted] PAD Home Investments, LP [redacted] He is a "smooth talker." He does not admit that he knowingly and willfully let me, a single woman, move into a home without blinds, no security system (he said its prewired, but those wires go nowhere, they're hanging out of the wall), no appliances, no hot water, and no main light fixtures in any of the rooms He states that "he's been more than fair" in giving me prorated days in my November rent to compensate for being without hot water I'm just disgusted that he thinks that his actions are fair at allHe refuses to install light fixtures or even install the ones I purchased, saying I will need to pay for the labor to properly install light fixtures which I find ridiculousIn his recent email to me he states, " As far as hanging the additional fixtures you purchased, we can direct you to our electrician to get this completeWe are ok with you adding fixtures only (not changing any current ones) but you will need to pay for the labor involved." Further, I am installing a second deadbolt for privacy as he stated in a recent email to me "I encourage you reference our lease agreement and my right as the landlord to enter or appoint someone to enter my home at my own convenience I do not even have to give notice (per section B) to enter the home but have always contacted you to do so." I am incredibly uncomfortable with his lackadaisical attitude as a landlord

prewired, but those wires go nowhere, they're hanging out of the wall), no appliances, no hot water, and no main light fixtures in any of the rooms. He states that "he's been more than fair" in giving me 3 prorated days in my November rent to compensate for being without hot water. I'm just disgusted that he thinks that his actions are fair at all. He refuses to install light fixtures or even install the ones I purchased, saying I will need to pay for the labor to properly install light fixtures which I find ridiculous.
