I am rejecting this response because: The photos that were requested have been sent to Pacos Upholstery via text messageReceipt of the pictures has been confirmedI am still waiting for the company to verify they have ordered an acceptable replacement topI also sent the company a picture of the door panels that were cut incorrectly and will need to be redoneI will wait until the vehicle is to 100% fixed before resolving this case

I recommend Paco's Upholstery both for their workmanship and their service I recently had dining room chairs reupholstered and recovered Their work was meticulous and the cost was quite fair My job was completed in a timely manner and my dining room looks much improved
