She was notified of these changes when she received her renewal letter, and was clearly stated in her utility addendum in her renewal lease. No questions were brought to our attention at that time. Now that she has received her first bill, it has become an issue. Our community bills on RUBS (Resident Utility Billing System) for our water/sewer, and then also charge a flat rate for trash and pest control. We are unable to waive any of her utilities, as these are fees that all residents will be switching over to upon renewal or new move-in. Please contact me if you have any further questions Thank you,

Having Scott Henderson for the plumbing needs that I have had with the small reno in my house has been a blessing. He is knowledgable, punctual and works quickly and carefully. He responded quickly to my texts and messages. Scott also gave me suggestions for things that I would have otherwise not considered. When installing the new sink into a modified antique cabinet, I left the decision of the taps up to him as I was leaving town. When I returned from being away I was delighted with the choice of position and style of the taps! It is always nerve wracking to hire a trades person that you don`t know but trust me on this one: Scott will not disappoint.
Really helped me out of a bind - came on a weekend, cleaned up a mess and got us going again. I thought it was an all day job and he was done in less than two hours. I'll have him back for any future work.
