Packhaul

I requested 3 hours moving help from packhaul but canceled my service with them once I saw how unprofessional and disrespectful they were toward me and my things. They were 30 min late showing up to my house, and even though we left to go to the new house before they did, they were 30 minutes late getting there too and they went to the wrong address. The one mover made the other mover do all the work (3 flights of stairs) so my partner and I moved 50% of my stuff ourselves. The one mover threw my fragile items around and dragged my expensive latex bed down three flights of stairs and on cement to the truck. They just threw the boxes wherever once they unloaded them in the new place, and even though my partner explained that the bed was fragile, the mover still dragged it and dumped it in the new place. We paid to have them move my partners house as well, but after we saw how they handled my things and how they treated us, we canceled their help. We were still charged for 3 hours of moving help.
I went through the proper channels to obtain a refund from them but I never received a response.
