I give this business an "F". I was picked up at the Austin Straubel airport and brought to my motel 8 miles away. I was charged $28, but they added on a $3 charge to run my credit card of which they didn't even have a dongel

to swipe it through so had to write all my information down by a gentleman that looked like he could very easily be the leader of any identity theft business and I'm certain he probably "lives in the van, down by the river". Needless to say it boils down to right around $7.50/mile in a city that has a population of less than 200k. I've paid far less in much bigger populated areas. Should have seen it coming because they basically just post outside the airport like some deer hunter waiting for their next victim.
