Customer gave verbal go ahead to Mike, when the glass came in customer said that they got it fixed and didn’t need the glass. They were told that since they gave the go ahead with the jobthey would still need to pay for the glass that was ordered and she agreed to this, not at any point was she told...

We did receive your last letter and had decided not to fight the complaint that Anna [redacted] had against us. We stand by what we did and this is such a small complaint and is consuming a lot of peoples time.
