[redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Yes they did refund my husband, for the faulty " repairs" they attempted on his vehicle. They however did not refund me any of the over $700 I paid for repairs that were never completed. They did nothing to fix my car, this went on for 2 months until I took it to another garage. I have all the paperwork they gave me and will gladly send it your way.

Review: We have been going to Packard Auto for years. Over the past month we have had to take our cars in multiple times to fix the same issue. These last 2 visits, the problem was not fixed after 2 attempts. We took 2 different vehicles in for 2 different issues, and both needed to be taken in a second time because the problem was not fixed after the first visit. Every time we were assured that the issues were corrected and were charged for parts and labor. When we realized the issues with both cars were NOT fixed, we took the cars back a second time and something different was found to be wrong. We were not charged for our second visits, but were once again assured the cars were fixed. It was not the case with one of our cars. We ended up going to another shop who said Packard Auto wasn't even addressing the correct issue and were surprised they let us leave without it being fixed. The initial repair cost at Packard was $200. This new shop found the problem and this will cost another $275. That's close to $500 on an issue that has taken 3 visits to 2 different shops to fix one little issue. My family is done going by Spendi.Desired Settlement: It would be nice if we could get some or all of our money back since we apparently paid for nothing.
