We have receved your letter regarding a cowplaint filed by [redacted] In regards to this complaint the repairs completed on ***'s truck were to the broke pads, rotor and brake hoseThe ABS Sensor is a different part of the brake systemIt was never serviced by vsThis would be a new problem that has occurred and would be a new serviceWe cannot cover a part that was not repairedWe tried to explain this to Mr [redacted] bu the did not understandBrakes are a wear item and need to be replace as neededThank You [redacted] ***Owner/Operator

I paid for a brake job and when I turned in my truck, my ABS brake light was not lit upI receive my truck, my ABS brake light is on and has stayed on since PACKS PEAK worked on my truck! this is the second time my truck has been worked on by PACKS PEAK! fix my truck or refund my money and I will take it to someone who knows what their doing! trust me this is the last time I deal with PACKS PEAK! SINCERELY *** ***
