I walked in and made 1 - 8.5x11 bw shipping label direct from a usb. I have done this several time in the past and was only charged ., the cost of a bw copy. This time I was charged a made up amount of $***. I told them that made up price was not posted anywhere in the store so can I pay the .*** which was the posted price. They refused then tried telling me it should actually be $*** for the computer fee (which I did not use since I printed direct from printer from usb).
They lost a regular customer and I will not recommend that store to anyone else.
