Tell us why hereDue to a processing error by our third party laboratory the results for this client were unfortunately delayed. I do apologize for this client not receiving his results as promised. Our office number had not received any calls regarding thisTCB EnviroCorp does not
do business in this manner. The clients’ money has already been refunded in full via check sent USPS. TCB EnviroCorp has been in business since and has never had a complaint or issue prior to this. We have contacted our third party laboratory to ensure that this type of event will not happen again. We do apologize to this client and hope they are satisfied with this resolution
