Leased explorer oct for yrs Horrible vehicle, poor driver visibility over hood, poor fit/finish overall, rough ride, gas guzzler, needed rear brakes/rotors after 15,miles of suburban driving, due to incessant squealing, glove box defective, was replaced by dealer at their cost ($250.00) A-pillar trim, passenger-side, blew off car on highway, replaced by dealer ($299.00) service representatives were always rude, arrogant, not helpful, displayed attitude of "we're doing you a favor" each time we visited, cashier, service writers, all made our experience painful, would NEVER buy/lease from this dealer again, would NEVER buy/lease a f [redacted] again Only Elaine the service receptionist was helpful/professional, in our experienceF [redacted] motor credit equally painful to deal with when we finally did manage to get out of lease early (months early and learned FMC will not allow early buyouts within months of maturation date) FMC does not allow other dealers to buyout leased vehicles, either...extremely rare in the automobile industry, based on my solicitations of other dealers/brands
