Pacifica S.D. Management LP

This is in regards to potholes, trash, crime, security gate, and pool.
There are at least 100 potholes that are never repaired and only get worse with rain which is almost everyday in the state of Florida during this time which is effecting the alignment of my car. There is trash all over the complex, and is never placed in the proper recepticles. There is drug activity, and crime. Last week, 5 police officer's were called to the building next to me due to a neighbor who was drunk pulling a knife on someone. They had sent a letter stating the security gate was to be fixed about a month ago which I had to pay an extra fee for, and has yet to be completed. The pool has not been repaired and have not had access during my entire lease yet is swarming with unsupervised children. There are neighbors who make loud excessive noise past the noise ordinance time such as setting off fireworks and poppers. I am a nurse and cannot sleep due to this excessive noise. Whenever I call maintainence they do not call back, once I place several calls they take their time coming to fix what is wrong. Today they towed a visitor's car I had over, and she had to pay $144 to get her car out yet there is no place where it says no parking. They claimed I signed an adendum stating they do not have to warn anyone they can just tow. They send out inspection letters saying they are coming to inspect the apartment with only 1 day notice and don't even come. The apartments all have problems with bugs. I pay over $700 a month to live in a completely disgusting place yet I cannot break my lease to get out of here. Also, when I call the front desk they are very rude.
