On March 2, 2016, during a fund-raising drive, I called in to order what this radio station refer to as a "premium." It is a so-called gift for donating to this listener supported radio station"Premiums" varyTypically if a listener is interested in a particular premium that is being offered for a supposedly reduced amount, the listener can call into a fund-drive line and order the premiumThis premium cost me $ and is a self-help product called, "Unleashing your Inner Millionaire with Brent Phillips." They charged my credit over the phone for the full price of the premium and told me it would be delivered to me by email in a couple of daysI have yet to receive the product and have since changed my mindNot only because of the delay in receiving it, but mainly because after researching the author on youtube, I found that he engages in practices absolutely forbidden by my Christian beliefsThis was not explained when he was promoting his product at the station on the day

Hello: I donated $*** to *** for fund raiser in *** ** ***I was suppose to receive a gift from the station, but I never received the giftI was suppose to get: Item# *** *** Interview Pack Item# *** *** *** *** *** Interview CD I called *** and emailed them and no responseI also email the CFO of Pacifica and still no responseI have never had this happen before and I have seen I am not the first oneTheir are many complaints filed with the same problem you give them money and they do not supply the giftI would greatly appreciate anything you can do! I ordered a product online from their website on 3/16/Since then, I've sent numerous emails, left VMNo one responded

On *** I sent $*** as a donation/premium to *** *** Pacifica Foundation; But till this date, *** (MORE THAN A YEAR,) they have not sent me the Promised Premium of *** * ***, Untold History Book and 4-DVD Set!!! They only have sent me 1-DVD -- that's it!!! I have call several times, left messages to their Management personnel and they NEVER have the curtsey to call me backWhen I speak to the people that answer the phone they ALWAYS say that they don't have money to buy the promised Premiums -- this so unethical and dishonest, since I sent them $***, and the Premium has a value of $***They should be putting the Premium money aside and paying for the Premium instead of using it and then telling me they don't have the money!!!
