We have resolved this customer's issue The order was placed on Sunday Our company doesn't process orders on the weekend so this order was processed on Monday Due to the heavy order volume that weekend, it took an extra day to prepare the order By the time we were ready to ship the order, we had received communication through our call center that the customer was upset it was taking so long to ship the order We contacted the customer immediately and compensated by upgrading their ship method to priority overnight We called the customer shortly after to confirm they had received the package The customer stated their issue was satisfactorily resolved Thank-you, [redacted] Pacific World Customer Service Manager
