Review: This Company, the successor to First California Bank, sent me 2 forms to fill out/fax to them for payment (to me) for remaining balance of prepaid debit card. I have tried several times over the last 10 days to get a response from them. Not one call has been answered nor 1 voicemail returned. I explained on their paperwork I did not recall the account #, I gave them their reference # in it's place.Desired Settlement: I want the money owed me, or an eta on when the funds will be deposited.
