Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me, however, I understand that you cannot force them to respond.
I received a call again on 03/01/2016 from the business. If it possible to forward the complaint (indluding the failure to respond resolution update) to one of the business owner's directly via postal mail (if you have not done so already), I would appreciate it. I imagine it is possible that other office staff, especially those who are engaging in the concerning behavior, may have prevented this information from reaching the DVMs who own and/or manage the clinic.
