I am a security officer working for Allied Universal Security. This company does the uniforms for Allied Universal Security and the building that I work at. This is the worst and most unprofessional uniform company I have ever had to deal with. They sent me 9 shirts that are the wrong size. 5 pants that are the wrong size. I had to spend $100 getting my pants hemmed when my employer is paying this company to do my uniforms. I have left them dozens of letters telling them my shirts are too small. In 5 months they fixed this. I had to buy my own uniforms from Amazon and the company won't dry clean my personal uniforms that fit. I had to buy my entire uniform set from a website owned by Jeff Bezos. It took me 1 minute to get new good uniforms from a website owned by Jeff Bezos but this company can't fix my uniforms in 5 months. This company frequents sends my shirts back to the building I work at with stains on them that are the same as when I sent the ***. They frequency sent my shirts back with food particles that were on the shirts when I sent them. Buttons are frequently missing and damaged. They don't fix them. They misspelled my name on more than one occasion. Now i'm buying my own uniforms and paying for my own dry cleaning when my employer is paying them to do my uniforms and dry cleaning. Any 70 year old man or woman who owns a dry cleaning business can do a better job than this company.
