Review: This company was used to transport my husband to dialysis from [redacted] Rehabilitation Center. On April 8, 2014 I paid them by check $300.00 for three round trips for April 8,10 and 12. My husband was readmitted to the hospital on the night of the 10th. They were not going to transport him on the 12 as he was in the hospital. I called them on April 11 and explained the situation and they promised to mail me a check. Since then I have called every month with the exception of June as my husband died that month. I have been told the check is going to be mailed. To date I have yet to receive the hundred dollars they owe me. Nine phone calls and six months of waiting is long enough. I have his medical bills to pay and need that money back. This company was recommended by the case manager at BHR.Desired Settlement: The money owed me, $100.00
