thoroughly investigated this matter by reviewing your emails, talking to other witnesses on the elevator at that time, and discussing it with the building manager who was also present. After discussing the matter, the Board concluded that the way in which you described the incident does notcomport with the other witnesses, and there is no further evidence (video or otherwise) that would support your version of what happened. You were simply asked not to enter the elevator because the dog you were walking was barking and snarling at a dog already on the elevator. This incident does not warrant any further action by the Board.Therefore, based on the above, the Board will take no further action. If you have any other information you would like the Board to consider, please provide it at yourearliest convenience.
