Pacific Sun Tanning Company

I purchased a tanning package from Pacific Sun Tanning recently. I have been a customer with them for over two years. All of their locations are in the Reno-Sparks area. In 2012 when I last used their services they also had a Carson City location. I go tanning before a big vacation. My family and I are planning a vacation to [redacted] in June. I had a little extra money last month so I decided to buy a tanning package ahead of time and then I planned on using my sessions in May and June before our trip. I have worked in Reno for the last four years but I live in [redacted], ** about an hour away. When I purchased the package I planned on going tanning on my lunch break or after work. I found out earlier this month that I am being transferred to [redacted], ** about an hour and 15 minutes from Reno. I have called and left 8 messages and spoke to a customer service represenative once. They are refusing to give me a refund even though I have been a good customer and have not used a single session since I bought the package. I am simply asking for a refund of services that have not been provided to me.Product_Or_Service: Tanning PackageDesired SettlementPlease refund the cost of the tanning package I bought in full. I am not asking for a refund of the lotion I will just keep that. I have been a good customer and could completely understand if I used part of the package that you could nto give me a refund, but I have not used any of the sessions.
