I responded to a posting for a 2 bedroom 1/2 bathroom in San Marcos,CA from THE owner Stephanie J, who is works for Seth O, Pacific Sotheby's International Realty. I moved in and never met her , I told her I had a boyfriend and he will stay with me periodically. I took pictures of the windows that did not lock. The screens did not lock either, doing laundry one night. I became Ill and so did my boyfriend. He discovered that the dryer area was leaking gas bad. There are no carbon monoxide alarms in the house. He called sdge and they gave us clear instructions. Evacuation was necessary. The technician arrived and determined that the coupling or attached gas line was installed incorrectly and it was documented that there was a pre-existing gas leak due to wrong size fittings. I paid for a hotel for a couple days . I googled what to do . I went by the book. I contacted Stephanie J CALIFORNIA BRE #01770374, she denied any responsibility for the dryer, or the cost of the hotels since it was uninhabitable. She is now retaliatory evciting me. I paid $1,400 , total monthly rent is $1,850.
The $450 was cost of 3 nights stay. I went to emergency room and diagnosted with Hysteria.
I felt crazy. The sheriff's came and arrested me because I was sick. They all violation of my civil rights.
