I responded to a posting for a bedroom 1/bathroom in San Marcos,CA from THE owner Stephanie J, who is works for Seth O, Pacific Sotheby's International RealtyI moved in and never met her , I told her I had a boyfriend and he will stay with me periodicallyI took pictures of the windows that did not lockThe screens did not lock either, doing laundry one nightI became Ill and so did my boyfriend He discovered that the dryer area was leaking gas badThere are no carbon monoxide alarms in the houseHe called sdge and they gave us clear instructions Evacuation was necessaryThe technician arrived and determined that the coupling or attached gas line was installed incorrectly and it was documented that there was a pre-existing gas leak due to wrong size fittingsI paid for a hotel for a couple days I googled what to do I went by the bookI contacted Stephanie J CALIFORNIA BRE #01770374, she denied any responsibility for the dryer, or the cost of the hotels since it was uninhabitableShe is now retaliatory evciting meI paid $1,, total monthly rent is $1, The $was cost of nights stayI went to emergency room and diagnosted with Hysteria I felt crazyThe sheriff's came and arrested me because I was sickThey all violation of my civil rights
