We are very sorry to hear about this experience. Pacific Solar strives to have an open door communication policy between management/owners and our customers. Unfortunately, our management and owners were not informed that there was a problem...
until we received notification from the Revdex.com on September 8th, 2015. We take our customers opinions and experience very seriously and our owners would have insisted on working with the customer regarding any potential frustrations and/or misunderstandings.
Our company policy, once a customer has signed a contract or lease, is to have a member of the office staff contact the customer in order to schedule an onsite assessment in order to move forward with permitting the installation with the city or county. As the office did not know of a conflict, our office staff was moving forward with the contract not knowing that the customer did not want to be contacted again. This contact was not meant to be any form of harassment towards the customer in any way.
This issue is of the utmost importance to us, and we are working to rectify it immediately. We train our staff to present correct information and solutions that meet the consumer's needs; we in no way encourage our team to misrepresent what is being purchased and encourage that if their customer has additional questions or concerns, they should contact the main office so that a manager or owner can go over these with the customer. We are addressing the specifics of this complaint internally.
Moving forward, we will be facilitating the cancellation of the customer's lease with the lessor as soon as possible. The lessor will then send the required paperwork to the customer to end the lease relationship.
Both management and the owners would be more than happy to discuss this situation further. They are reachable at our office number, (XXX)XXX-XXXX.
