Review: I entered into an agreement with Pacific Security for an alarm system to protect my home. The system has had nothing but problems beginning with the installation, which had parts missing that were on backorder. Once the parts were came in and were installed. The system has not worked correctly. After working with the technician trying to resolve one issue after another. My system still has unresolved issues, I called the technician I had been working with resolve my issues, he informed me that he could not continue to work for a company that ran there business the way Security Pacific does. When I call the service number, I pretty much get the run around. Promises made that are not kept, ask to speak to the Mgr. who is always in a meeting, or on another line he will call you in an this never happens.Desired Settlement: Would like for someone competent to look at the system problems, fix my system or terminate contract!1
