Review: The recite Was made from [redacted] shipping / Pacific shipping/[redacted] Phone [redacted] he's cell [redacted]..The complain is I have sent 7 BOXES only received 5 boxes 2 still missing my shipment was sent MAY 4th 2016 an now is almost AUGUST 4th 2016 When ever I call ( [redacted]) do not answer phone I have 30 text massages that I have sent only may be 2or 3 he replied Looks like He DO NOT Care.He is saying call [redacted] and talk to [redacted] The 1st he told me Will be in 40ft continue TEXT and 2nd 20ft and now 3rd he is saying 40ft He never replied its 3 weeks , I want to know what going with man Why he tells to call [redacted] or he the one He sent 7 boxes he should answer me I paid Him the money by check he all ready cash it What is the reason play game sent 5 and may be sent 2 to his family or so I don't know I need To know were is the boxes This what he do customer service .to make people run round and waste our to call FIJI ISLAND .I items was for Daughter - in- law Engagement staff . They need action to taken so he can do better shipping,Desired Settlement: I want My shipment to be in FIJI NOT months as you he give the date at last 2 months not 3 month I want to know what going and were is my 2 missing boxes

Review: On April 25th 2015, I shipped a box via pacific sea freight/JT Shipping to Fiji Islands for my vacation gifts and my clothings. I was promised by [redacted](owner)with Pacific Sea Freight that the box will arive in Fiji on June 16th 2015 upon my arrival. When I arrived to Fiji, the shippment was on hold by Fiji customs due to unpaid fees by Pacific Sea Freight. I contacted [redacted](owner) of Pacific Sea Freight from Fiji regarding the issue but and he did not retuen any of phone calls or txt messages. Upon arrival in the states, I contacted Pacific Sea Freight to get some updates regarding the unpaid fees, so my shippment could be picked up by family members but theres was no response back from Pacific Sea FreightDesired Settlement: Pay the fees so the shippment could be picked up in Fiji or Reimbursement
