The Warranty and Gap cancellations were processed and checks were mailed out to customer On 2/14/she was mailed a check for $for the Warranty Cancellation On 3/14/she was mailed a check in the amount of $for her Gap Cancellatiopn This completes the cancellation process for the products Once again, although this took longer than expected, we are at the mercy of the insurance provider with cancellations
*** *** I sincerely apologize for the confusion with your cancellations. Nick should have explained to you that the standard timeline for cancellations to be completed is between 45-days depending on the provider. Unfortunately, your cancellations were
delayed due to short staff on the provider side with the numerous Holidays and the Year End. Rest assured your cancellations were submitted in a timely fashion but weren't processed by the provider due to these issues. Once we have the checks back from the providers, we will send them to you ASAP. I do however apologize for the lack of communication by the Staff as this is extremely unacceptable and will be addressed internally. I am rejecting this response because: They are not telling the truth and I will not be satisfied until I have a check. Nick told me in January that he originally filed the claim with the wrong company because apparently they are not using the same company. If so, how was this filed in a "timely" manner? They messed up and are making excuses for it. Also, why did Melvin never call me back on Wednesday like he was supposed to? Tell the truth instead of making stuff up to cover your butt

I am rejecting this response because:ow who is writing these responses. Yes, I finally received the checks but NOT because you were at the mercy of the company. I would like this publically on file that I only received my money because I contacted BOTH companies on my own and processed the cancellations with the companies myself!

The Warranty and Gap cancellations were processed and checks were mailed out to customer. On 2/14/2018 she was mailed a check for $150.00 for the Warranty Cancellation. On 3/14/2018 she was mailed a check in the amount of $223.14 for her Gap Cancellatiopn. This completes the cancellation process for the products. Once again, although this took longer than expected, we are at the mercy of the insurance provider with cancellations.
