Pacific Pools & Spas sole representative is Alan Kallerman. He is sloppy, disorganized and doesn't stick to a timeline. Abandoned our job for months, and told us many, long, strings of lies and becomes unpleasant when questioned. Knowingly employs unlicensed contractors which he exploits (doesn't pay them) and then you receive calls from starving sub-contractors which is not a feel good moment!

Purchased our equipment piece by piece, has no money or credit so 6 weeks later it was finally all installed. Some builders do the entire pool in 6 weeks or less! We hired him to manage our pool construction but ended up having to manage him.
