Review: In October 2012 I rented a storage unit letting the person know it would be for a month maybe two. After one month I removed my items turned in the keys and checked out. 3 months later I received an abandonment fee. I called right away and wrote a letter that I did not abandon. The person at the company said they would investigate and get back to me. Last week I got a collection letter stating I owed. I called and said they were going to make an investigation. The collection company sent me a letter back with a copy of a letter Pacific point supposedly sent stating they investigated and I owe. I never received this letter.ALso in this letter it says I had to give 30 days notice but THis is not industry norm nor was it explained when I moved in or moved out. I have no problem paying the $43 owed but I feel the system that Pacific uses to charge an extra erroneous charge is not fair and above board.Desired Settlement: I would like an answer and other consumers to know.I will pay but I would like to pay through Revdex.com and not through the collection agency [redacted] ###-###-####
