Pacific Pet Hospital regrets having a client who perceives to have had poor serviceThey claim to have been given defective medication and not to have been told to refrigerate itThey were given medication information
four times before they left: printed on the bottle and box, a bright orange sticker on the box, in a client handout with storage information, and by verbal instruction given by one of our lead techniciansThe client stated he forgot to refrigerate the bottle when he returned, indicating he understood refrigeration was necessaryHis mother wanted it to be replaced for free
Review: Pacific Pet Hospital gave our family defective medication for our dog and as well did not provide verbal direction on correct usage (needed to be refrigerated) to us. When we returned to Pacific Pet (which we have been going to for well over 15 years and spend thousands of dollars) they refused to give us another bottle of medication. We spoke directly with the vet and he was rude and unreasonable. They had NO concern whatsoever of our pet, rather it was all about $$$$. Pacific Pet is a disgrace to our community and showed clearly their real concern is NOT customer loyalty or loyalty to our pets. I am filing small claims court suite against them to start a process that will warn out community to beware of their lack of care for our pets.Desired Settlement: Pacific Pet Hospital should have appologized and gladly provided replacement, especially considering I have spent thousands of dollars and years with them.
