I talked to Mr. [redacted] this morning. We have had a delay with our manufacturer in the replacement piece for a defective piece on his project. The manufacturer came out aproximately 4 month ago and tried to replace new piece unsucessfully. The said...
they would have a new product in 4-6 weeks. After the 4-6 weeks the keep saying another 4-6 weeks. Now it has been 4 months. I have forwarded the customer all the email corespondence that I have had with manufacturer. I also gave him the representatives number at the the manufacturer c-thru. We set up an apointment on tuesday the 15th to go out and try to put up the original pieces we have.
Were very frustrated with our manufacturer. We want our customers to be happy and enjoy there products and Mr. [redacted] has been unable to do so.
