Pacific Office Automation provides maintenance services on printers and similar equipment that is leased due to the fact that such equipment will necessarily require regular and effective maintenance workDifferent types of equipment and different levels of usage will cause equipment to need
service at varying intervals of useThere is nothing in the service records for this particular piece of equipment that indicates abequipment performance for the type of equipment and its level of usageThat said, the customer's complaint on this issue is noted and an appropriate inquiry will be directed into the particular service records and performance at issuePacific Office Automation desires all customers to be pleased with equipment performance and will work to satisfy this issue

A repair tech did come to repair the broken copiers but I have not received any communication from Pacific Office Automation regarding the billing dispute

Pacific Office Automation has billed the customer in line with its understanding of the contractual agreement between the parties. It is not the intent of Pacific Office Automation to cause ill will with customers and any dissatisfaction as noted here is treated seriously. My understanding is that the customer is receiving maintenance services as this issue is resolved.
Pacific Office Automation requires a short time to complete an internal review on the specifics of the complaint and will follow up with the customer directly in a short period of time.
