what was not addressed in the response was the fact that I was told by a representative of the company that he would have it removed if paid in full and it was not done. This company doesn't do what they say, and others have to pay for their mistakes. I would request that a copy of the conversation be sent to the Revdex.com for their review to hear the words of the representative. That are their to collect debits,and all conversations are,recorded.

Our office does not delete information that is reported correctly. The account was reported automatically on May 2, 2016. The account will reflect as paid in full.
I spoke to Mr [redacted] on 5/4/16 and informed him we would not delete.  Our office is not responsible to call consumers to remind...

them to take care of their bad debts. Mr [redacted] was contacted many weeks prior to the debt being reported and chose not to pay at that time. Mr [redacted] was aware of the date the of when the account needed to be paid for it to not be reported. Mr [redacted] is responsible to make sure it was paid to not reported when he had been made aware of the cut off date. It is unfortunate he did not follow up timely.
