Review: Failed to contact Pacific Mountain Partners, regarding defects in home they built for us in 2003, at Serrano of El Dorado Hiils. Defects include: 1) cold waterline leak in wall between garage and bedroom closet (discovered 2nd week in Dec 2014)causing mould and damage to walls on the garage side and closet, also on insulation and carpeting; water leak looks like it existed for years, most likely when the house was built for us in 2003. 2) cracks all over the south wall of the house and around the windows, and 3) A roof leak over the Great room in the house, which required rework of an area about 25 by 25 feet.It appears that Pacific Mountain Partners does not exist anymore; I contacted Farmers Insurance and they claim that home insurance in California does not cover damage that is considered maintenance. So , I do not know whether I have any recourse besides paying for all this rework myself.Desired Settlement: Payment for the required rework.

Review: I have attempted to contact Pacific Mt Partners concerns majors structural issues with my house. I have had issues with bugs, plumbing issues, cracks in walls and around the windows and light fixtures. I am the original owner of the home purchased in 2005.Desired Settlement: 1. I spent over $10K repairing bathroom damage from a pipe leaking beneath the shower pan. These repairs were completed by bathroom professionals. I attempted a claim through State Farm but it was denied. They expressed that my problems were to be directed toward the builder. 2. Also, I need repairs on cracks in my walls and around the outside windows.
