We purchased an expensive condo flip in Palm Springs in January 2016 from Scott & Holly M[redacted] through their company Modern Pacific Homes, LLC. We agreed to close with a punch list of items after our realtor met with Scott M[redacted] and he said he would get the items completed, is good with his word and would get it done right away. Our realtor has been in business a long time and trusted him. Well it has been 3 months and the punch list items are still not complete despite numerous emails and phone calls. And now no response from Scott M[redacted]. If you buy anything from this company make sure ALL items are completed before closing. And be careful about the thoughtfulness of the work -- the kitchen remodel did not have a silverware drawer, had a cabinet that would not open because it hit the stove -- all items done by a contractor designing his own kitchen rather than getting a designer to plan it out. Disappointing company since the work looks nice.
