Yet again the same young careless X-ray tech had another problem with my resident. It is to the point of unprofessionalism that I honestly do not know if you guys even care about who you are sending out here? Very rude to my resident who needed a hip scan, yet time and time again Keyley was extremely rough and was extremely rude(wouldn’t even make eye contact with the resident or myself) and ON HER PHONE THE ENTIRE TIME. This time I was truly hoping for a better experience and honestly prayed someone else was coming out but unfortunately I was wrong. The CONTACT high we received from her walking by our station is truly disgusting. This was the final straw. Goodbye PMD.

My resident needed a hip X-ray and your young X-ray tech, I believe her name is Keyley, was so unbelievably unprofessional, and was on a phone call the entire time? Resident also stated that she was very rude to her. Definitely won’t be using PMD anymore. If you’re in Colorado Springs and see a young x ray tech buckle up cause it’s going to be rough. I do have to say the older lady is wonderful she’s the only reason you get a star.

A STAT xray was ordered on a patient of mine; order was faxed directly to the business and the facility where my patient lives ALSO sent the appropriate information. Xray was NOT done and I was NOT notified. This is a very dangerous practice and my patient may have had to go to hospital because of this. When I called this AM about the results because I had not received a fax, I was told they had not done the xray and was hung up on by a very rude phone technician.
