After finding out that this customer was upset, I made contact and met the customer in person a few days later We discussed the issues and came to an agreement on the items they were requesting to get resolved We have scheduled all of the agreed upon repairs and should have them resolved shortly Unfortunately, our communication with this customer was not up to par and we have increased staffing levels in our company to avoid this in the future Customer satisfaction is very important to us and its disappointing that we were not aware that a complaint was going to be filed until it was already done Our customer seems to be satisfied with the response and verbally agreed to take down the complaint
