open*** mentioned the gate we used was the one found open on the next day*** also mentioned that the gate does not close well and is having a fencing company come out to improve the latching mechanismI agreed with *** that would be of great help since after personally testing the latching mechanism myself I had doubts if the gate was securely latched after several triesWe open and close gates hundreds of times per week and this is the 2nd time we have had a call regarding this this year from all properties we serviceWe strive to do great work, yet are not perfectPlease accept are deepest apologiesI grew up with dogs and my family is a dog loving family
